IT Business Sr. Analyst

The position

You will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation of the business area within the organization by leveraging solutions, resolving issues, and implementing system enhancements.

Responsibilities

1. Finance Support: Work closely with finance and human resources to understand their needs, supporting business change with IT products, solutions, and services.
2. Customer Relationship Management: Understand business objectives, IT needs, and challenges. Identify opportunities to provide value-added IT solutions that meet their requirements.
3. Solution Identification and Proposal: Conduct needs assessments and consultations of IT requirements. Identify and recommend appropriate solutions and services that align with business needs.
4. Product Knowledge and Expertise: Knowledge of application integration patterns, system architecture, RPA implementation, project management methodologies, and business process modeling.
5. Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions. Coordinate with technical teams to provide feedback, requirements, and support during solution implementation.
6. Demand Management: Report and prioritize demands with the business, manage demands and activities with IT suppliers, and monitor IT system projects, applying project management skills.
7. Business Process: Understand business scenarios to align requirements and propose optimal solutions.
8. Process Automation: Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation, including RPA solutions.
9. Incident Resolution: Manage and resolve incidents and issues detected in IT applications, ensuring proper handling by support areas.
10. System Deployment: Lead and support technical teams with internal procedures.
11. System Testing: Develop test scenarios, conduct system and user acceptance testing, and collect test evidence.

Requirements

1. Knowledge of project management methodologies (agile and waterfall), system integration, and process mapping.
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate IT value propositions.
3. Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to understand requirements and recommend solutions.
4. Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
5. Proven IT experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
6. Technical skills in project management, solution design, system integration, and architecture.
7. Experience with Scrum, Kanban, and RPA tools like UiPath.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Desirable: Knowledge of SAP FI/CO, Brazil Localization, ABAP, SAP SuccessFactors, and HR processes.
10. Advanced proficiency in English.
