Qualifications

The Business Analyst position will serve as a key member of the North America Delivery Team, providing application support, testing coordination, and project delivery assistance across the North America region. This role partners closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure stability, performance, and continuous improvement of business applications. The position offers extensive exposure to a wide range of business processes and technology initiatives, requiring strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills. Through proactive support and project engagement, the individual will help optimize technology utilization, improve operational efficiency, and drive successful business outcomes across the organization.

Core Functions:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and application support to Bunge's internal business users, ensuring timely resolution of issues and a positive user experience.
• Support the Regression Testing Program across the Global SAP Shared Instance, including: documenting test scenarios and scripts, coordinating testing activities with business stakeholders, ensuring testing processes, documentation, and evidence comply with internal controls and audit requirements.
• Provide project support for North America application initiatives, including system upgrades, implementations, enhancements, and application-specific deployments. Responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, participating in project meetings, capturing meeting minutes and action items, and supporting go-live and post-deployment activities.
• Partner with North America Business Technology Management to support business projects, regression testing efforts, monthly releases, continuous improvement initiatives, and digital transformation programs.
• Execute application and system testing activities as required, including the development and maintenance of automated test scripts, validation of test results, and coordination with business stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. Collaborate closely with the SAP Quality Assurance Administration team located in Mohali, India.
• Assist Bunge's Managed Service Provider (MSP) with incident management and issue resolution activities, helping to ensure application stability and adherence to service level expectations.
• Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the Business Technology organization, facilitating effective communication, requirements gathering, issue resolution, and alignment of technology solutions with business needs.

Skills/Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ of experience in business analysis, application support, project coordination, and/or project management roles.
• Experience supporting business applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational and technology-focused initiatives.
• Knowledge of the agricultural commodities industry is preferred and considered a strong asset.
• Demonstrated adaptability and a positive attitude in dynamic, fast-paced environments with evolving business priorities.
• Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering high-quality support and fostering positive business relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Experience supporting SAP environments and/or Global Trade Management (GTM) solutions preferred. Familiarity with project management methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a high degree of initiative, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on commitments in a collaborative team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, and Microsoft Project, as well as experience with ServiceNow.
• Experience with testing methodologies, user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, test documentation, and issue tracking is preferred.
• Fluency in English
