Job summary

Bunge Iberica SA is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst in São Paulo to conduct data research, governance, reporting, and interpretation of performance metrics. You will support team performance management, operations strategy, and communications within the BI CoE.

The role is part of the Data & Analytics CoE, focusing on improving effectiveness and predicting outcomes using BI tools and data-driven insights. Strong English and Spanish are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Agriculture Engineering, Industrial Engineering, IT with 3-5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
• Preferred experience in Agri business or related field.

Business Intelligence Analyst

You will be responsible for conducting basic research, data mining, data governance, reporting and interpretation of company performance metrics. Additional job responsibilities include providing support related to team performance management, operations strategy, and communications.

This job is part of the Business Intelligence team within the Data & Analytics CoE. They are responsible for reviewing data that supports improving effectiveness and predicting outcomes to develop business intelligence.

Main Accountabilities

Generate reports using data from multiple sources to assist in creating a complete evaluation, improvement, or recommendation.

Review the accuracy of information provided and respond to requests from management and vendors.

Understand and work with scenario planning tools and models. Investigate current trends in general business conditions.

Identify performance and process improvement opportunities.

Assist with the coordination involving personnel from other departments and information technology groups to facilitate successful project implementations.

Manage the maintenance and reporting of benchmarks and performance metrics.

Knowledge and Skills

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Must have solid understanding of Agile methodologies & collaborate within a Scrum / Agile team

Basic knowledge of analytics or relational database system, such as Oracle, BigQuery, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, or MySQL

Possess strong technical skills in BI technologies such as Tableau; need ability to learn these skills quickly

Fluent in English and Spanish

Education & Experience

Bachelor´s degree in: Business Administration, Accounting, Agriculture Engineering, Industrial Engineering, IT with 3 - 5 years of position related experience, or equivalent combo of education and experience level.

Preferred experience in Agri business or related business area
