We are seeking an IT Analyst - GRC to join our team.

In this role, the candidate will help plan and execute a year of communications for the enterprise that represent the office of the CISO. They will serve as a key player in fostering a security-aware culture and advancing our security mission.

Your Impact

1. Define an annual communications agenda, including message topics, outcomes, delivery channels, and target audiences.
2. Coordinate and oversee all training and awareness activities, collaborating with the global communications team.
3. Stay updated on the latest security topics and trends to identify new focus areas for messaging.
4. Design, build, and maintain an active organizational presence through platforms like SharePoint; develop procedures for communication approvals, especially during crises.
5. Write publications on behalf of the CISO and serve as an independent voice for the GRC team.
6. Maintain clear reporting and documentation across projects to support decision-making, tracking, and KPI/KRI development.

Your Experience and Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5+ years of industry experience in IT communications, marketing, or security roles.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging at the executive level and designing outcome-oriented campaigns.
3. Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and experience with front-end application languages, marketing, or development.
4. Willingness to clearly raise risks and learn new technologies or methodologies.
5. Experience working in a fast-paced, global organization with dispersed teams; familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe environments.

This role requires fluent English communication skills. Your resume should be in English, and interviews will be conducted in English via MS Teams.
