Responsibilities

1. Provide first-line support for IT hardware, peripherals, and software issues.
2. Assist via phone, email, and ticket management system.
3. Manage deployment, configuration, and security of desktop and mobile devices.
4. Troubleshoot hardware and peripherals.
5. Coordinate with vendors for repairs.
6. Manage IT asset registers.
7. Address and resolve incidents and requests, logging all actions.
8. Create a positive customer support experience with timely resolutions and professional communication.
9. Collaborate with the IT team and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Degree in a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.
