Datwyler is seeking an on-site IT Analyst at our manufacturing facility in Brazil. You will keep local technology running reliably, provide hands-on support, and connect plant needs with regional and global IT teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–7 years in IT support, knowledge of Windows, M365, networking, cybersecurity, and experience with MES/SAP/SCADA/LIMS. Fluent English is required to collaborate with global teams and support production lines.

Qualificações

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 3-7 years of IT support experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Fluent English required to support employees and collaborate with regional/global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the local IT contact for incidents, requests, and production-impacting issues.
• Support computers, mobile devices, printers, conference-room tech, and plant systems including MES, SAP, SCADA, LIMS.
• Coordinate network, server, wireless, cybersecurity, backups, and business-continuity with corporate teams.
• Assist with system upgrades, deployments, infrastructure projects, and production-line implementations.
• Maintain IT assets, documentation, coordinate vendors, and communicate incidents and project updates.

IT Analyst

Join Datwyler as the on-site IT partner for our manufacturing facility. Keep local technology running reliably, provide hands‑on support, and connect plant needs with regional and global IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the local contact for IT incidents, requests, and production‑impacting issues.
• Support computers, mobile devices, printers, conference‑room technology, plant‑floor equipment, and manufacturing systems including MES, SAP integrations, SCADA, LIMS, scanners, and label printers.
• Coordinate network, server, wireless, telecom, cybersecurity, backup, and business‑continuity activities with corporate teams.
• Assist with system upgrades, testing, deployments, infrastructure projects, and production‑line implementations.
• Maintain IT assets and documentation, coordinate vendors, and communicate incidents, outages, risks, and project updates.

What We're Looking For

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 3-7 years of IT support experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, wireless infrastructure, servers, and cybersecurity practices.
• Experience with MES, SAP, SCADA, LIMS, or ServiceNow preferred.
• Fluent English is required to support employees and collaborate effectively with regional and global teams.
• Strong troubleshooting, customer‑service, organization, and documentation skills; ability to prioritize critical issues and provide occasional after‑hours, weekend, or travel support.
