A leading global software company in Brazil is searching for an experienced Partner Engagement Manager to develop and maintain partnerships and drive revenue growth. This role requires managing relationships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and implementing joint go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of partner experience, excellent relationship management skills, and a strong understanding of SaaS.

ISV Partner Engagement ManagerWhy We Have This Role
The Partner Engagement Manager (PEM) is responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships to drive business objectives and revenue growth. This role primarily focuses on managing and nurturing relationships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). The individual in this position will play a key role in nurturing existing ISV partners, identifying and securing new partnership opportunities, negotiating contracts, and driving successful collaborations for the organization. PEMs are critical to helping Qualtrics scale through thoughtful and committed partnerships.

As a Partner Engagement Manager on the Global, ISV Partner Team you will drive revenue growth by establishing and growing relationships between your partner(s) and Qualtrics, writing and executing joint GTM plans globally, managing the business against revenue targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and managing operational cadences with some of the world’s most exciting companies.
You should have deep partner experience to understand how to work and build with ISVs as well as a sales background that enables you to manage joint go-to-market (GTM) efforts and to easily collaborate with enterprise customers and sales executives. For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer. Remote Annual Pay Transparency Range $116,500 — $212,000 USD
