BDev Ventures is a global venture capital firm investing in B2B software companies across various industries, from Seed to Series B stages. As a minority investor, we provide investments of up to $3 million USD, complemented by strategic support through our proprietary lead generation platform, which helps portfolio companies reach new customers and accelerate growth. We focus on startups with $300K to $600K in annual recurring revenue (ARR) and significant growth potential.
Beyond capital, we offer hands-on mentorship, strategic guidance, and operational support to help our portfolio companies scale effectively and build lasting success. BDev Ventures is the non-strategic investment arm of BairesDev.
As an Investment Associate at BDev Ventures, you will join a team of startup investors focused on sourcing, developing relationships, and investing in top startups in LATAM. Your responsibilities include identifying startups that meet our investment criteria, building initial relationships, and collaborating with leadership to pursue investment opportunities. You will also represent BDev Ventures within the startup ecosystem, fostering relationships and promoting our brand using your excellent communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
