Qualifications

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join the Corporate Analytics team. This individual will partner closely with Finance, E-Commerce, HR, and other business stakeholders to build reporting solutions, improve data pipelines, and deliver insights that drive business decisions across the product ecosystem.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, working directly with stakeholders, and leveraging modern analytics and AI tools to solve complex business problems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain reporting solutions and data products for corporate business functions.
• Partner directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide recommendations, and deliver actionable insights.
• Develop and improve ETL pipelines, data models, and reporting workflows.
• Support revenue, finance, and e-commerce analytics initiatives.
• Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and other reporting tools.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and workflows to improve analytics processes, reporting, and automation.
• Collaborate with analytics, engineering, and business teams to enhance data quality, scalability, and efficiency.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Advanced SQL and Python skills.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, data transformation, and analytics workflows.
• Experience leveraging AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Copilot, or similar platforms in analytics workflows.
• Experience with AI agents, automations, or AI-assisted development.
• Experience with Airflow or similar pipeline orchestration tools.
• Experience using GitHub and CI/CD best practices.
• Strong understanding of ETL processes, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience building dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
• Strong communication skills with experience working directly with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage projects with minimal oversight.
• Familiarity with Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold).
• Experience supporting finance, revenue, e-commerce, or HR analytics.
• Passion for gaming and data-driven decision making.
