The LATAM Services team leads the delivery of new Dassault Systèmes projects for clients across Latin America. As a Project Management Intern, you will join the Project Management team, supporting the planning and execution follow-up of a strategic digital transformation program comprising disciplines such as mechanical parts design, electrical systems, systems engineering, simulation, industrialization planning, and management. You will work closely with the Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Process Consultants to ensure the project's visibility, organization, and quality.

• Support the program's financial control, tracking budget, hours, and consolidating information for reporting.
• Coordinate the team's travel logistics, including accommodation and transportation, liaising with vendors and internal areas.

A equipe de Serviços LATAM lidera a entrega de novos Projetos da Dassault Systèmes para os clientes da América Latina. Como Estagiário(a) de Project Management, você integrará o time de Gerenciamento de Projetos, apoiando o planejamento e o acompanhamento da execução de um Programa estratégico de transformação digital composto por disciplinas de Design de partes mecânicas, sistemas elétricos, sistemas de engenharia, simulação, planejamento da industrialização e gestão. Atuará em estreita colaboração com os Project Managers, Arquitetos de Solução e Consultores de Processo para garantir visibilidade, organização e qualidade do projeto.

Principais responsabilidades:

• Apoiar o controle financeiro do programa, acompanhando orçamento, horas e consolidação de informações para reportes.
• Controlar a logística de viagens da equipe, incluindo hospedagem e transporte, em interface com fornecedores e áreas internas.
• Organizar a documentação do programa, contemplando atas de reunião, registros de decisões, planos de ação e repositórios oficiais do projeto.
• Consolidar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) e apoiar a elaboração dos relatórios semanais de progresso, comparando planejado versus realizado.
• Preparar apresentações executivas e materiais de suporte para reuniões de governança com a liderança e o cliente.
• Acompanhar pendências, marcos e ações do projeto, contribuindo para a qualidade das entregas e o cumprimento do cronograma.
