Qualificações

• Estudantes a partir do 3º semestre em Engenharia/Tecnologia.

• Apoiar a equipe na preparação de conteúdos de treinamento e demonstração.
• Conduzir reuniões com clientes e apoiar na preparação de conteúdo técnico.

INTERNSHIP - LATAM Industry Process Consultant

The Industry Process Consultant team in LATAM is responsible for the support of technical and consulting sales opportunities. This team works on the technical enablement and technical sales support for all the Latin American customers and partners.

The focus of this position requires soft skills, like customer-facing presentations, passing through best practices from Brands and Industries supported by Dassault Systèmes.

Intern Responsibilities:

1. Support the Industry Process Consultant team in preparing/localizing training/demo contents mainly focused on Operations Engineering disciplines like Plant Layout, Process Simulation, Robotics, Ergonomics, etc.
2. Support the team delivering some presentations to the customers and working as part of the consulting team.
3. Answer support calls with the team to understand real customer use cases.
4. Conduct customer meetings with the team, supporting the preparation of technical content, webinars, and events.
5. Learn and train internal team/partners on new core solutions for LATAM.

Qualifications

1. Studying Engineering/Technology (Manufacturing, Production, Mechatronics, or similar) - from the 3rd semester.
2. Ability and interest to work with solutions focused on digital manufacturing, shop floor, robotics, ergonomics, process simulation, etc.
3. Critical thinking.
4. Open to learning new technologies.
