Avenues São Paulo invites motivated student interns to join a two-year internship program in an English-immersion setting. Work with teachers across grade levels, gain mentorship, and connect theory with practice on campus in São Paulo.

We offer structured learning, weekly feedback, and exposure to innovative teaching in a collaborative environment designed for future educators.

Qualificações

• Currently enrolled in a degree program (Pedagogia or Licenciatura) at a Brazilian university.
• Advanced/Fluent English language skills (essential for working in an immersion environment).
• Strongly motivated to master early childhood and elementary teaching practices in an immersion setting.
• Deeply committed to learning and developing the craft of teaching.
• Possesses excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Available to work Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m (with a 1-hour lunch break).

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate closely with teachers and grade-level teams in all aspects of classroom life.

• Reflect on classroom practice and connect experience with educational theory alongside peer interns.
• Receive weekly 1-on-1 mentorship and continuous feedback from an experienced Avenues teacher.
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging, creative lessons in an English immersion setting.
• Help facilitate Morning Clubs and support daily classroom operations and material prep.
• Supervise students during recess and lunch, leading select activities as appropriate.
• Document student learning through photos, displays, and pedagogical portfolios.

ABOUT US

Since opening our doors in August 2018, Avenues São Paulo has been on a mission to provide a transformative educational experience. ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

Our Internship Program is a structured 2-year journey designed to give future educators hands-on classroom experience, high-impact mentorship, and continuous professional growth.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Learn and Grow as an Educator
