Responsabilidades

• Gerenciar múltiplos projetos de design de interiores desde a concepção até a conclusão.
• Colaborar com a VP de Arquitetura de Interiores para alinhar objetivos dos projetos.
• Visitar locais para garantir qualidade e conformidade.

Interior Design and Architecture Manager

Objective:

To lead creative architectural interior design for hotel projects, ensuring alignment with brand standards, innovation, functionality, and guest experience. Requires a strong aesthetic sense, knowledge of materials and space, and the ability to manage multiple projects collaboratively. Staying updated on design trends and sustainability is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple interior design projects from inception to completion, ensuring brand standards are met.
• Collaborate with the VP of Interior Architecture to align project aspirations.
• Document project phases for billing and reporting purposes.
• Review project proposals with development teams to facilitate contracts.
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality and compliance.
• Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with departments like IT, Operations, and F&B for integrated solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and address complex design challenges.
• Lead workshops and brainstorming sessions for brand evolution.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in interior architecture or design, ideally in hospitality.
• Knowledge of hotel design standards and trends.
• Experience managing multiple hotel projects.
• Understanding of technical aspects related to F&B&E and FF&E industries.
• Financial awareness related to project profitability.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Adobe Creative Suite (desirable).
• Creative design development skills.
• Strong project management and budgeting abilities.
• Excellent visual communication skills.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Fluency in Portuguese, English, and advanced Spanish.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
