Your Role :

• Be the first point of contact for potential clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Conduct initial consultations to assess and gather case details.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments with attorneys.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions using our CRM system.
• Provide exceptional customer service that ensures a positive experience.

What We’re Looking For :

• 100% Bilingual : Fluency in Portuguese and English is a must.
• Sales & Legal Intake Experience : Previous experience in sales or legal intake is required.
• Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Excellent Communication Skills : You know how to engage, empathize, and convert leads.
• Self-Motivated : You can thrive in a remote work environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
