What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage all insurance matters in accordance with investor guides and applicable laws
• Monitor compliance of insurance for commercial properties held as collateral
• Conduct insurance analysis, premium disbursements, and risk assessments
• Correspond with servicers, investors, borrowers, and internal departments regarding insurance issues

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex risks
• Ability to self-manage a wide variety of tasks
• Previous experience in Loan Servicing, Commercial Insurance, or Real Estate
• Effective communication skills to articulate risk assessments
• Must be detail-oriented and organized
