Our Instructors are role models for students studying in our AI programs. They mentor students, help them with difficult concepts and assignments, and teach the skills necessary to enhance productivity and innovation. They guide students through the program, ensuring all students benefit regardless of their background.

What you will do

Instructors are a core part of students’ educational process because they:

1. Mentor students during 1-1 video calls — addressing various questions, providing deeper explanations of concepts, tools, or skills, and supporting students in their assignments;
2. Independently prepare session materials when necessary.

Requirements

1. Professional Background:

• 3+ years of proven professional experience in one or more digital-focused roles (e.g., EdTech Specialist or University Teacher);
• Experience in children's education;
• Previous work with an audience of teachers or lecturers.

2. Additional Skills (Highly Desirable):

• Understanding of motivational design principles in education.

3. Language Requirements: Fluent conversational proficiency in both English and Spanish.

4. Technology Skills: Comfortable utilizing AI-driven tools to streamline routine and creative teaching tasks.

5. Training Experience: Demonstrable experience conducting training focused on practical skills in educational settings.

6. Availability: Ready to dedicate 10-15 hours a week to this project on a flexible schedule, sometimes on weekends, aligned with LatAm or Europe time zones. This is a project-based role with long-term cooperation.
