Our Instructors are role models for students studying our AI for middle-senior professionals and managers program. They mentor students, help them with difficult concepts and assignments, and teach skills necessary to enhance productivity and innovation. They guide students through the program, ensuring all students benefit regardless of their background.

What you will do

Instructors are a core part of the students’ educational process because they:

• Mentor students during 1-1 video calls — addressing questions, explaining concepts, tools, or skills, supporting and guiding students in their assignments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven professional experience at the intersection of business and AI: implementing AI in a company, optimizing business processes using AI, consulting businesses on AI use.
• 3+ years of teaching and/or public speaking experience on professional topics.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Knowledge stack :
• Understanding fundamentals of AI technologies;
• Designing AI projects;
• Measuring and monitoring AI performance;
• Using AI in business process optimization;
• Governing AI projects;
• Implementing AI;
• Understanding AI risks and downsides;
• AI Teams and Organization.

Additional Skills (Highly Desirable):

• Understanding AI implementation in areas like sales, marketing, HR, decision-making, customer experience, and operational efficiency;
• Knowledge of motivational design principles in education;
• Basic facilitation skills.
