We are expanding our reach beyond individual learners to offer assessment and upskilling solutions for companies worldwide. Our newly launched B2B team focuses on providing tailored Technical, AI, and management soft skills training to help organizations enhance the capabilities of their workforce.

We are looking for an Instructional Designer to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for developing courses on management, soft skills, and cognitive skills.

Please note that after applying for this position, you will be required to complete a test assignment after your Online Introductory Call.

What you will do

Update our current courses on management

  • Work with client feedback and subject-matter expert recommendations to identify areas for course quality improvement;
  • Develop new courses

    • Participate in learning needs analysis and high-level course design with the Product Manager and SME;
    • Map learning outcomes for the whole course and for each module and lesson;
    • Write content based on SME’s materials, prepare practice exercises and learning aids;
    • Design online classes, workshops, and other synchronous online events in collaboration with expert mentors;
    • Prepare materials about new courses for sales manager training;
    • Create documentation about courses and keep it up to date.
    Requirements
    • Worked as an instructional designer / learning experience designer / learning content developer / program designer for at least 3 years;
    • Has proven experience working with soft skills, leadership or management training;
    • Knows models and methodologies for complex skills learning;
    • Can develop various forms of educational content (long reads, projects, practice tasks, infographics, assessment, etc.);
    • Can design and implement skills and knowledge assessment into the course;
    • Can structure educational experiences, build Learning Journey Maps (LJMs);
    • Can work with modern tools to create learning aids (we use Figma, HeyGen, Supademo).
