Responsibilities and assignments
Act strategically in building and strengthening the Solinftec brand with internal and external audiences, promoting institutional communication aligned with the company’s culture, products and vision for the future . This person will be responsible for translating the business strategy into clear and inspiring messages , connecting employees, customers and partners to the company’s purpose .
Location: Araçatuba – SP
*Plan and execute institutional communication actions focused on strengthening the Solinftec brand for employees, customers and partners;
*Produce strategic content about products, results, culture and the company’s future for channels such as websites, social networks, institutional presentations and corporate reports;
*Develop institutional campaigns aligned with the business strategy , connecting communication to the customer journey;
*Support the construction of narratives that reinforce our positioning as a global, innovative company committed to sustainability ;
*Manage and update institutional channels (website, blog, releases, internal and external newsletters, etc.);
*Support internal areas with institutional materials to support communication (commercial pitches, speeches, notes, announcements, videos, etc.);
*Work in synergy with the Marketing, Product, Human Resources and Commercial areas to ensure consistency and coherence in messages ;
*Produce content focused on the company’s culture and values for external audiences ;
*Monitor and report results of campaigns and institutional actions .
Requirements and qualifications
*Completed degree in Social Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or related areas;
*Experience with internal and institutional communication;
*Ability to tell stories with impact, transforming technical topics into accessible messages;
*Experience with organizing internal events;
*Knowledge of graphic design and image and video editing;
*Good writing and command of standard language, with the ability to adapt language according to audience and channel;
*Knowledge of brand positioning, reputation and purpose strategies;
*Intermediate/advanced English;
*Proactivity, strategic vision, creativity and collaboration;
*Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different areas.
