Job Purpose

As a Quality Inspector I, you will be responsible for ensuring that our finished and refurbished products meet design and quality standards. Your keen eye and precise measurements will guarantee excellence at every stage of manufacturing and assembly.

Job Description

Perform visual, physical, and dimensional inspections of finished and/or refurbished items using appropriate instruments

Set up and adjust measuring devices to support both inspection and production processes

Prepare inspection and non-conformance reports, accurately completing all documentation for corrective actions

Verify calibration validity of instruments; segregate and send for recalibration when necessary

Monitor component flow, ensuring delivery with complete documentation to the next production stage

Present dimensional inspection reports to clients, demonstrating compliance with drawings and technical requirements

Safeguard your own and the team’s safety by adhering to occupational safety norms and procedures

Keep the work area organized and equipment well maintained

Participate in internal continuous-improvement programs

Review non-conformance reports before starting new activities

You are meant for this job if:

High school diploma (Technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering is a plus)

Prior experience in quality control or quality assurance

Desirable knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office

Basic English proficiency (desirable)

Familiarity with measuring instruments and inspection techniques
