In this role, you will support high-impact recruitment efforts for top-tier financial advisors, working closely with senior consultants and gaining firsthand exposure to the industry. Accountabilities:

  • Conduct strategic multi-channel outreach to financial advisors exploring new career opportunities.
  • Support senior consultants throughout the full lifecycle of the search process.
  • Maintain accurate records and activity logs in the CRM system.
  • Participate in client and candidate calls, with the opportunity to gradually lead consultations.
  • Organize and manage outreach campaigns and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Track and manage multiple search engagements simultaneously with a high degree of organization.
  • Develop deep industry knowledge of the financial advisory sector.
