Qualificações

Support small and medium-sized enterprises in accelerating their results through Meta advertising solutions, focusing on sustainable growth, consultative relationships, and sales excellence.

Requisitos:
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience, with at least 2 in sales, digital advertising, or related areas
  • Deep knowledge of sales, market verticals, and multichannel media
  • Proven ability to build relationships and perform cross-sells/up-sells over time
  • Proactive profile, effective communicator, and problem solver
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (B1 level or higher)
  • Experience in account management and knowledge of Meta advertising solutions
  • Ability to manage a client portfolio, adapt recommendations, and engage proactively

Build capability to ensure operational excellence and maintain superior customer service levels of the existing account/client
  • Undertake product trainings to stay current with product features, changes, and updates
  • Enroll in product-specific and other trainings as per client requirements/recommendations
  • Partner with team leaders to brainstorm and identify training themes and learning issues to better serve the client
  • Update job knowledge by participating in self-learning opportunities and maintaining personal networks
Deliver

No performance parameter measure specified. Focus on resolving cases per day, ensuring compliance with process and quality standards, meeting SLAs, and gathering customer feedback.
