Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform consultative customer service via phone, understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions.
  • Manage the sales funnel from prospecting to closing, focusing on short cycles and high conversion rates.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, executing cross-sell and upsell strategies over time.
  • Identify business opportunities through market analysis and client profiling.
  • Utilize CRM tools to record interactions, track leads, and organize the sales pipeline.
  • Participate in ongoing training on products, services, and sales strategies.
  • Proactively resolve issues and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to improve sales approaches and support materials.

Desired Profile:

  • Proactive attitude with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to build long-term relationships, focusing on cross-sell and upsell throughout the client cycle.
  • Deep knowledge of sales techniques and experience in multichannel sales.
  • Ability to implement solutions immediately or ensure quick client adoption.
  • At least 4 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 2 years in sales, advertising, digital marketing, or related fields.
  • Degree in Administration, Marketing, or related areas.

Deliverables:

  • Resolve cases daily, ensuring compliance with process and quality standards, meeting SLAs, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Self-management in productivity, efficiency, training hours, and technical skill development.
