What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Maintain routine communication with existing clients through various channels to ensure positive relationships

  • Experience in Air Medical, Ground EMS, or Emergency Dispatch communications preferred
  • Business Development and/or Customer Service experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Advanced computer skills, especially in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Experience in air medical services or ground EMS
  • Knowledge of emergency dispatch communications/call center practices
  • Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to strategize and troubleshoot system enhancements effectively
  • Familiarity with software solutions in the medical transportation field
