What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Maintain routine communication with existing clients through various channels to ensure positive relationships
- Conduct market research and develop new contacts to generate leads for business development
- Build long-term relationships with personnel to promote services and identify new business opportunities
- Assist in training curriculum development and conduct formal training sessions for assigned systems
- Analyze data and provide insights to enhance the adoption of innovative services
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in inside sales or a related area with demonstrated customer service skills
- Experience in Air Medical, Ground EMS, or Emergency Dispatch communications preferred
- Business Development and/or Customer Service experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- Advanced computer skills, especially in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in air medical services or ground EMS
- Knowledge of emergency dispatch communications/call center practices
- Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to strategize and troubleshoot system enhancements effectively
- Familiarity with software solutions in the medical transportation field
