IBM Storage is seeking a new team member interested in being part of our worldwide Storage Protect team committed to supporting worldwide customers mainly in North America.
As a Technical Support Engineer Professional, you will interact remotely with clients and will be responsible for handling their cases effectively and accurately, utilizing our knowledge database, techniques, and procedures. You will document case details and action plans, deploy workarounds or fixes, and perform troubleshooting, analysis, root cause determination, and resolution. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are essential.
You will also collaborate closely with the development team to perform complex analysis and debugging, aiming to improve the quality, functionality, and usability of the Storage Protect product.
