Cognizant is seeking an IT Infrastructure specialist in a hybrid role (São Paulo office 2–3 days weekly). You will help design system infrastructure for client projects, install and maintain systems, and implement upgrades while updating documentation and performing DR testing.

Key requirements include a degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent, strong Windows Server/AD skills, virtualization expertise (Hyper-V/VMware), IT security know-how, and the ability to work independently with strong

• Third level qualification in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Server/Workstation OS with Active Directory.
• Understanding of Database concepts and basic database administration activities
• Excellent knowledge of Hyper-V, VMWare, Dell VRTX
• Knowledgeable IT Security/cybersecurity experience essential.
• IT BackUp & Disaster Recovery, yearly test drive and evidence collection
• Knowledge of Emerson DeltaV, PLC/SCADA, Hardware and Networking

Key Responsibilities

Work model:

Requirements:

• Third level qualification in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience

• Knowledgeable IT Security/cybersecurity experience essential. Able to take scanning reports and apply the fixes/patches or manage exceptions/deviations.
