The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full time Manager of IT.

The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing many different hats including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools.

A successful candidate will have demonstrated previous success in similar role(s) in rapidly growing, security-first, environments.

Responsibilities

• Participant in the design, implementation and management of our growing corporate cloud first infrastructure and networks.
• Passion for innovation and creative problem solving, as well as be adaptable to the ever-changing landscape of the corporate infrastructure environment.
• Highly motivated, dependable and an experienced technologist who shares our passion and wants to be a part of a fast moving and highly execution-oriented team.
• Work closely with your Cybersecurity/IT peers and key stakeholder teams, including, but not limited to, Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering and HR.

Requirements

• 7+ years in SaaS systems administration: Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite.
• Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, python, etc.
• Ability to utilize open source tools such as Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.
• Unusually great communication skills across all media — you can make your ideas clear, and you can help people who might be frustrated or time poor without losing your cool.
