Your Purpose

The Information Security Compliance Specialist is responsible for regional Nvio’s Information Security Strategic Program. This role leads the identification, implementation, and maintenance of controls to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all Nvio Brasil information assets while complying with local regulatory and legal frameworks. The role acts as a security specialist and regional CISO.

Reports To: Information Security Program Manager

Who You Are

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology or Information Security roles.
• Proficiency in information security frameworks and best practices (e.g., ISO 27001).
• Knowledge of Brazilian regulations, including BCB 85 and CMN No. 4.893, with expertise in their interpretation and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with SISBACEN and other relevant Central Bank platforms.
• Understanding of Crisis Management, leading exercises and simulations.
• Certified as CISM, CISA, or equivalent with a focus on security management.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with various stakeholders.
• Project Management skills to track tasks and manage project portfolios.
• Leadership and relationship-building skills for guiding teams and collaborating.
• Agile learner with a passion for staying updated on industry trends.
• Proven English proficiency; Spanish proficiency is a plus.

What You Will Do

• Define and implement NVIO’s Information Security Strategic Program in Brazil.
• Develop, implement, and maintain security policies and procedures.
• Identify, manage, and report security risks.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Support audit exercises and security governance activities.
