Now, we’re excited to welcome a new Influencer Marketing Expert to our team—someone performance-driven and focused on generating leads, not just brand awareness. We place strong emphasis on metrics like CPL, CAC, and ROMI.

Main responsibilities

• Proven experience in influencer marketing (2+ years);
• Strong hands-on experience working with Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok;
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with influencers;
• Solid analytics mindset: ability to evaluate channels, measure campaign performance, and draw strategic conclusions;
• Familiarity with key marketing metrics and how to calculate/analyze them;
• Experience managing influencer budgets and media plans;
• Ability to manage ad placements, contracts, and reporting;
• Intermediate to advanced English (B2+ level) — written and spoken;
• Agency experience is a strong plus;
• Team leadership experience is a bonus.

Requirements and skills

• Identify and onboard new influencers across platforms;
• Create detailed briefings and manage content delivery;
• Oversee influencer media plans and budget allocation;
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance;
• Ensure accurate and timely influencer payments and reporting;
• Collaborate directly with key content creators.

Work model: Hybrid (2x face-to-face - office in the Avenida Paulista area)
