Qualificações

  • 1+ year of experience in influencer marketing, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory.
  • Proven experience with social media content creation or campaign collaboration.

Influencer Marketing Associate(Brazil Market)

Now, we are on a mission to redefine the social and entertainment scene with our newly launched Apps, which have already reached 100M+ users! We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Associate (Brazil Market). The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, deeply understands influencer culture, and has strong communication and creative skills. In this role, you won’t just scout, attract, and recruit new influencers and content creators to join our platform, you’ll also collaborate with them to brainstorm and co-create engaging social media content that aligns with current trends. If you're a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves discovering rising talent, and enjoys being part of the content creation process, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, attract, and recruit new influencers and content creators (streamers) across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
  • Create content for campaigns, promotions, and challenges, helping bring concepts to life through videos and trend-based formats.
  • Support influencers during onboarding and actively guide them to succeed on our platform.
  • Stay up to date with the latest influencer trends, memes, platform updates, and viral content strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with content creators, acting as their trusted point of contact.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, product) to execute influencer campaigns and content initiatives
  • Assist in creating outreach messages, onboarding guides, and creative briefs.

What we’re looking for

  • 1+ year of experience in influencer marketing, content creation, digital marketing, or community engagement.
  • Proven experience in social media content creation or campaign collaboration (portfolio or social links appreciated).
  • Deep knowledge of social platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram, understanding of what makes content trend.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese (mandatory)
  • Strong communication, creative thinking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable being hands-on with content ideation, short-form video formats, and trends.
  • Organized, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
