Description: We are seeking an experienced, autonomous, and passionate Influencer Marketing Analyst to work with us!
This role involves developing and managing local KOL relationships, creating content strategies to engage gaming communities, and analyzing data to optimize marketing strategies for gaming products.
It focuses on increasing brand visibility and user engagement through influencers and content creators.
This position is based in São Paulo, Brazil.
Main Responsibilities
- Influencer Resource Development and Management: Develop, collect, and screen local KOL resources on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. Establish and maintain strong relationships with KOLs to promote the brand effectively.
- Develop Local Content Creator Strategy: Create strategies to foster local creators from gaming communities, promoting their growth in partnership with the game and collaborating with marketing, esports, PR, and other teams.
- Social Media Collaboration Strategy: Develop and execute social media collaboration strategies with KOLs and content creators, focusing on engaging content to enhance user engagement and brand visibility.
- Market Promotion Strategy Development and Execution: Formulate and implement marketing strategies for gaming products, focusing on KOLs. Plan and execute online and offline activities to increase product influence locally.
- Data Analysis and Feedback: Monitor and analyze social media and marketing data to understand user behavior and trends. Adjust strategies promptly to optimize promotional effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
- Experience in game operations or marketing with a focus on influencer management, familiar with the local market and culture.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English; Mandarin is a plus.
- Familiarity with operating various social media platforms, understanding of local trends, SNS algorithms, and creator environments, including ability to create content rundowns.
- Strong communication and coordination skills for cross-departmental collaboration, especially in community operations and market promotion.
- Proficiency in data analysis to optimize content and promotional strategies.
- Excellent organizational skills for creating and following roadmaps, managing multiple creators across different projects.
