Brazil-based local position, with frequent national missions.

Great diversity and complexity of the area.

Mix between mature and developing markets, economic systems, and different regulations.

Direct involvement with Technical Department, CCP, Financial, Taxes, Marketing, Transport, Pricing & BI departments.

Participate in events such as fairs, exhibitions, and workshops in strategic segments of the local market.

Activities
  • Manage the commercial development of the direct and indirect B2B industry activity for Brazil, including special fluids, closely collaborating with other business units and headquarters.
  • Prospect and coordinate distributors.
  • Propose commercial strategies and relevant business models to meet company ambitions.
  • Ensure effective price risk management and align prices with market conditions.
  • Develop profitable and sustainable business models in key market segments.
  • Lead and manage the team, following best practices, and participate in BU and LTP exercises.
  • Oversee business evolution, development, and partnerships through KPIs such as volume, GMVC, Sell In, Sell Out, and stock and sales forecasts, complemented by field visits to develop customer relationships and increase value sales.
  • Provide technical and commercial support to Sales, clarifying product and application doubts, and assist in product indication and conversion. Develop TCO to enhance product performance for customers.
  • Support and manage commercial and technical training for sales teams and key customers, providing necessary information (PDS, FISPQ, NSF, CA, etc.).
  • Create and implement price lists and strategies to foster business development and improve commercial conditions, ensuring broader coverage of sales areas and industrial segments.
  • Utilize SALSA (Sales Force tool) for all sales activities, including field visits, scheduling, and business reviews.
  • Manage team activities using CRM Sales Force.
  • Develop RFQ and BIDs in collaboration with KAM.
  • Create sales budgets, forecasts, and S&OP with the blending plant.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports on volume and margin.
Candidate Profile
  • Higher education in engineering or chemistry.
  • Results-driven with strong development skills.
  • At least 10 years of experience in direct industrial B2B business.
  • Experience with large industrial accounts is a plus.
  • Reactivity, availability, mobility, and negotiation skills.
  • Patience, diplomacy, and resilience.
  • Ability to teach and convince diverse stakeholders to work synergistically.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory; Spanish and French are advantageous.
