What you\'ll do

We\'re looking for an Inbound Sales Associate to help convert qualified leads into satisfied Clara customers in Brazil. This role is critical to our growth in the market—managing a high volume of inbound interest, guiding prospects through our onboarding process, and ensuring a smooth handoff to our customer success teams.

You\'ll play a key role in understanding customer needs, articulating Clara’s value, and helping prospects move quickly and confidently through the sales funnel.

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Qualifying and nurturing inbound leads to accelerate their path to conversion.
  • Conducting discovery calls and delivering clear, persuasive product demos.
  • Leveraging deep product knowledge to answer objections and educate prospects.
  • Keeping lead records organized and up to date in Hubspot or similar CRM tools.
  • Collaborating closely with the broader Sales and Customer Success teams to improve conversion rates.
  • Supporting the sales team with insights from sales reports, customer conversations, and competitor feedback.
Who you are

We\'re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
