Project Overview

Managing the customer and supplier service journey in the automotive repair sector in Europe, focusing on Belgium, Luxembourg, and France. This professional will be responsible for handling service requests, scheduling, and negotiating repairs with partner workshops and dealerships.

Expected Results

Increased customer satisfaction, improved efficiency in handling service requests and scheduling, and strong partnerships with workshops and dealerships.

Responsibilities

• Receive, analyze, and resolve automotive repair requests.
• Negotiate mechanical repairs with partner workshops and dealerships.
• Identify, evaluate, and register new workshops.
• Analyze pricing and service conditions.
• Monitor repair progress and update customers.
• Verify and process service invoices.
• Identify service failures and mediate conflicts.
• Clarify doubts regarding coverage and service conditions.
