Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking an IAM SailPoint IdentityNow Engineer to configure and enhance identity governance across the organization.

You will work with compliance and business stakeholders to drive governance initiatives, improve access certifications, and support role engineering that reduces risk and improves visibility into access management. You will implement IdentityNow use cases, assist with SOX/PCI-DSS/NIST-aligned controls, document changes, and maintain runbooks while

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on configuration experience with SailPoint IdentityNow (cloud IGA)
• Understanding of access certification, RBAC, and joiner/mover/leaver lifecycle
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Strong communication skills for working with compliance and business stakeholders
• Experience with SAFe/Agile delivery frameworks (nice to have)

Responsibilities

• Configure and enhance SailPoint IdentityNow to support new identity governance use cases
• Support access certification campaigns and improve their accuracy and efficiency
• Contribute to role engineering efforts to reduce access sprawl and improve governance visibility
• Document configuration changes and maintain operational runbooks
• Partner with compliance teams to ensure IGA processes support SOX, PCI-DSS, and NIST-aligned control testing
