Job Description

As an Invoice to Pay Business Partner Sr., you will ensure seamless Invoice to Pay (I2P) service delivery for your assigned country/ies, enhancing the experience for end users (finance, non-finance, vendors, and I2P teams). Your role will include:

• Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, communicate effectively, maintain transparency, and gather feedback to address concerns promptly.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to Brazil’s legal and regulatory obligations in I2P transactions, processes, and procedures. Implement corrective actions to maintain compliance.
• Projects / Continuous Improvements: Collaborate with business finance/requestors to identify and implement process improvements, support strategic projects, and drive efficiency and cost optimization initiatives.
• Knowledge Development: Maintain an accessible knowledge base, organize training sessions, and provide coaching to enhance team capabilities.
• KPIs: Monitor and support I2P KPIs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and resolve issues proactively.

You Will Be a Great Fit If You Have

• Degree in Accounting, Administration, Economics, or related field
• Advanced proficiency in English and Portuguese (verbal and written)
• Experience in finance operations, especially Invoice to Pay or Purchase to Pay processes
• Experience managing change, implementing procedures, and re-engineering processes
• Strong analytical skills and business insight
• Knowledge of Nfe, Service Invoices, tax requirements in Brazil, and accounting concepts
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills, effective communication at various levels
• SAP ECC / S4 HANA knowledge; Invoice Automation (VIM) preferred
• Experience with project management tools, CI mindset advantageous
• Knowledge of Concur, SAP/Ariba, process mining tools, Power BI advantageous
• Proactive attitude, ability to work independently
• Comfort working in a global environment undergoing change
