To support the rapid growth of our HYROX365 affiliate program across LATAM, we’re looking for a Junior Affiliations Account Manager

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in customer success, account management, operations, or related roles.
• Strong communication and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to grow in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for affiliates, guiding them from contract execution to go-live and ensuring long-term retention.
• Advise fitness business owners on growth using HYROX365 features (HYROX Training Club, Performance Coach).
• Engage with local fitness ecosystem to expand market coverage and build a regional affiliate community.
• Represent HYROX at regional events and races, engaging gym owners, coaches, and community members.
• Maintain clean CRM data and collaborate with sales, marketing, legal, and operations on launch materials and regional IP compliance.

HYROX365 is our exclusive partner program for gyms, coaches, and personal trainers—a complete ecosystem that offers training plans, educational content, marketing rights, and co-branding opportunities to build successful local HYROX communities.

To support the rapid growth of our HYROX365 affiliate program across LATAM, we’re looking for a Junior Affiliations Account Manager (m/f/d) LATAM to join our expanding team. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that’s perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a passion for fitness and community, and is ready to help scale one of the most exciting movements in the global fitness industry.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Account Management & Strategic Onboarding
  • Serve as the main point of contact for affiliates, guiding them from contract execution to go-live and ensuring long-term retention and satisfaction.
  • Consult fitness business owners on how to maximize their growth using HYROX365 features, including HYROX Training Club and Performance Coach benefits.
• Community & Event Engagement
  • Actively connect with the local fitness ecosystem to expand market coverage and build a vibrant affiliate community across the region.
  • Represent HYROX at regional events and races on weekends, engaging directly with gym owners, coaches, and community members.
• Operations & Collaboration
  • Maintain clean data and records across CRM and backend systems, while evaluating support efficiency tools (e.g., Zendesk).
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, legal, and operational teams on launch materials, regional IP compliance, and cross-functional growth initiatives.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, operations, or related roles
• Communication: Strong communication skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and Team player who thrives in cross-functional collaboration and is eager to grow
• Mindset: Highly organized with sharp attention to detail and follow-through
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with digital tools and eager to learn CRM platforms and internal systems
• Passion: Deep Passion for fitness, community, and the HYROX movement – you understand our mission and want to be a part of building it and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities
• Languages: English, Portuguese and Spanish on C-Level; additional languages are a plus.
• Location: Based in Rio de Janeiro
