About the Role

As an HVAC Install Senior Technician in our Residential Install division, you will play a key role. We seek someone with substantial experience in Residential HVAC installs who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high-quality standards. This position is Safety Sensitive, reflecting our commitment to safety for all.

Responsibilities

• Install Residential HVAC systems accurately and diligently, understanding the importance of doing the job right the first time.
• Work with a diverse range of residential equipment including Heat Pumps, Gas and Oil Furnaces, Ductless Split Systems, Boilers, Geo-Thermal Units, etc.
• Operate independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
• Mentor and share knowledge with HVAC helpers just starting out in the trade.
• Complete all jobs and paperwork neatly, accurately, and on time.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Boiler installation experience preferred
• Associate degree beneficial but not required
• Strong commitment to quality and continuous learning
• Valid driver’s license with insurable record
• CFC Certification (Type I & II, Universal preferred)
• Proficiency with technology, including iPads and professional communication
