Hunter Sales Loyalty Solutions Manager

1. Overview

As a Manager, Specialist Sales, you will be responsible for generating new loyalty platform sales in strategic markets in Brazil.

2. Role
  • Individual contributor responsible for hunting new platform deals for Issuers and Merchants offering Mastercard Loyalty Solutions.
  • Leverage Loyalty Solutions to generate user pay deals and create awareness of Mastercard loyalty products in the Brazilian market.
  • Build and develop an active pipeline, ultimately progressing to signed platform deals.
  • Articulate the benefits of bundling our Loyalty Solutions products with other Mastercard Customer and Engagement products (Consulting, Marketing Services, Personalization platform, Test & Learn platform, etc.).
3. All about You/Experience
  • Strong sales experience, hunting new logos for B2B sales.
  • Team player committed to the achievement of the Company’s mission.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills; compelling presenter to senior client audiences and able to influence large deals.
  • Ability to partner across internal sales, product management, program management, and finance teams seamlessly.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytics skills; capable of fact-based discussions with stakeholders and customers.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills; ability to navigate Mastercard's internal organization to foster collaboration and influence.
Experience Required
  • Proven sales experience (+5 years).
  • Platform sales experience, Loyalty/CRM experience, Payments industry knowledge.
Languages

Fluent in Portuguese and English is mandatory. Spanish is a plus.
