Qualificações

  • 7+ years of experience in HR with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Fluent in English and Turkish is a plus.

What Would You Be Doing:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR Department.
  • Manage the HR team by providing guidance, reviewing performance and setting expectations.
  • Oversee the entire payroll process for all employees, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement.
  • Manage all HR-related documentation in the hiring process.
  • Ensure all employee records are up-to-date and securely stored.
  • Analyze attendance data to identify patterns and address any concerns.
  • Coordinate with department heads to manage leave requests and ensure adequate staffing.
  • Enforce a clear code of conduct tailored to the company environment.
  • Handle any violations professionally, ensuring fair treatment and adherence to company policies.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR metrics to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on HR performance.
  • Use data-driven insights to recommend and implement HR strategies that align with business goals .
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied across the organization.
  • Contribute to the development of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • In addition, any other tasks as may be required by the Company from time to time, which fall under the employee’s area of expertise.
What Makes You a Strong Candidate:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a managerial role focused on HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience managing HR systems and tools, including hands-on experience with HR system implementation.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Experience with continuous improvement or process optimization initiatives is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal); Turkish languages is a plus.
