A prominent HR management firm in Belo Horizonte is seeking a Human Resource and ADM Manager. The successful candidate will have 5 to 7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. Key responsibilities include managing recruitment, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and overseeing payroll processes. The ideal candidate will possess solid recruiting skills and excellent communication abilities, with fluency in English being essential.
Human Resource and ADM Manager : Human Resource Management : 1.Recruitment, hiring, and termination processes; 2.To ensure compliance with legal regulations and to act directly in labor relations and negotiations; 3?Manage Human Resources processes (payroll, timekeeping, benefits, labor law); 4?Coordination in the closing of payroll and benefits; 5?Provide the suitable candidate for clients and manage the EOR.
6?Manage the cost of EOR and provide the settlement amount to finance to issue the invoices.
Responsible for the administrative area.
Manage the rental of dormitories Chinese staff and office, including routine maintenance and cleaning.
Manage the procurement of fixed assets and consumables for the office.
Procurement of office equipment and office materials for employees.
Minimum Qualifications : Minimum of 5 to 7 years progressive Human Resources experience.
Among that 2 years as HR leader experience would be preferred Solid recruiting experience / skills.
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal skills) Fluent in English Strong customer focus.
A team player that is results driven, able to work under pressure, has strong leadership skills, high energy, strong organizational skills, is empathetic and able to deal with issues in an open, honest manner.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or requests from employees and management.
Ability to effectively present information to employees and management.
Strong understanding of HR legislative requirements / laws (State & Federal).
EHS knowledge preferred
