Responsibilities
  • Lead HR due diligence and integration activities for multiple concurrent acquisitions
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to assist in transitioning practice employees and clinicians
  • Provide leadership in resolving complex employee relations issues pre and post-close
  • Develop project plans, track progress, and communicate updates to the HR team
  • Conduct onboarding sessions for new practices to ensure a high-caliber experience
Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in employee relations, benefits, compensation, and performance management, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Experience in M&A practices
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in a multi-state environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)
  • Demonstrated experience in project management with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to engage various audiences
  • General knowledge of acquisition best practices related to HR operations
  • Ability to travel 50% for periods of up to a week at a time
