A leading company in the oil and gas sector is seeking an HSE & Quality Manager based in Macaé, Rio de Janeiro. The role involves overseeing compliance with HSEQ standards, conducting audits, and ensuring adherence to Brazilian regulations. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering and have extensive experience in managing HSEQ in offshore operations.

Qualificações

• Minimum 6 years of experience in HSEQ roles within offshore or related sectors.
• Active CREA registration is mandatory.
• Lead Auditor certification in at least one ISO standard (9001, 14001, or 45001).

Responsabilidades

• Manage the Integrated Management System ensuring compliance with ISO standards.
• Lead internal and external audits and incident investigations.
• Promote proactive HSEQ culture through training and risk assessments.

Conhecimentos

Knowledge of Brazilian HSEQ regulations

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Proficiency in Google Suite

Advanced English

Formação académica

Airswift is seeking a HSE & Quality Manager to workwith a major O&G client.Location: Macaé, Rio de Janeiro.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the Integrated Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards;

• Lead and participate in internal and external audits, inspections, and incident investigations;

• Promote a proactive HSEQculture through awareness campaigns, training, toolbox talks, and risk assessments;

• Support proposal development and tenders with technical input related to HSEQ;

• Ensure compliance with Brazilian legislation and applicable offshore standards, including IOGP guidelines;

• Coordinate emergency preparedness and response plans across operational sites;

• Engage with operational and management teams to continuously improve HSEQperformance;

• Monitor contractor performance and contribute to SHEQ evaluations for new vendors.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering required

• Active CREA registration mandatory

• Minimum 6 years of experience in HSEQ roles within offshore or related industrial sectors

• Lead Auditor certification in at least one ISO standard (9001, 14001, or 45001)

• Advanced English

• Strong knowledge of Brazilian HSEQ regulations and offshore industry standards
