#LI-HybridJoin99 (DiDi) as an HRIS Manager, where you’ll play a critical role in expanding and enhancing our global eHR ecosystem across Brazil, Mexico, China, and other LATAM regions. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for the international eHR team, identifying opportunities, delivering HR technology solutions, and ensuring seamless implementation of systems that elevate both HR operations and employee experience.
Lead the planning, requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation of global eHR initiatives.
Drive the successful delivery of international HRIS projects, coordinating across HR, IT, HRBP, HR Ops, and Local Admin teams.
Maintain and enhance HRIS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle Fusion, PeopleSoft, Apdata) to meet evolving HR and business needs.
Own end-to-end system configuration, testing of new features/modules, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Create and deliver training materials and conduct sessions for system users across multiple regions.
Analyze business requirements, define solutions, and prepare documentation (BRD/PRD/SOPs) to support implementation and operational efficiency.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting, promoting self-service and efficiency through process documentation.
3+ years of experience in HRIS implementation or as an HR Product Manager within a large consulting firm or multinational company.
Strong understanding of HR processes, high sensitivity to HR data, and the ability to handle complex HR business needs independently.
Proven experience with the implementation of at least two of the following HR system modules: Onboarding, Employee Central, Performance & Goal Management, Compensation, Payroll, Learning
Hands-on experience with systems such as SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle Fusion HCM, PeopleSoft, or Apdata.
International project experience and excellent communication skills to drive stakeholder engagement and accelerate project delivery.
Proficiency in Portuguese and Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); English is a plus.
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to connect data with business outcomes.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment with a strong team spirit.
