Position Summary:
The HRIS Manager is responsible for overseeing the strategy, administration, and optimization of our HR technology landscape- including PeopleSoft HCM, Learning Management System (LMS), Performance Management Platform, Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and other HR systems. This role leads system design, data integrity efforts, reporting, and cross-functional initiatives to support an efficient and scalable HR infrastructure. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of technical expertise, process thinking, and leadership capabilities to drive innovation and support strategic business goals.
Compensation: Competitive Salary Pay - Paid weekly, every Friday! Salary range: $110,000-145,000, depending on experience!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the HRIS function and serve as the primary owner of all HR systems, ensuring functionality, integration, and alignment with business needs.
- Provide strategic and day-to-day oversight of PeopleSoft HCM, including configuration, data governance, process design, and compliance.
- Oversee the administration and optimization of additional systems, including the LMS, Performance Management Platform, ATS, and other HR tools.
- Partner with HR, IT, Payroll, and external vendors to lead projects related to system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain reporting to provide actionable insights on turnover, engagement, compliance, and other workforce metrics.
- Monitor data accuracy and integrity, oversee data audits, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Own system security and user access management, ensuring adherence to data privacy standards and internal controls.
- Provide guidance and share subject matter expertise with HR team members and power users on HRIS capabilities and best practices.
- Deliver system training and support documentation for HR and business users.
- Stay current with HR technology trends and emerging tools; recommend system improvements and innovations.
Key Competencies and Minimum Education
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR systems administration, with increasing responsibility.
- Demonstrated experience managing HRIS platforms, preferably including PeopleSoft HCM.
- Experience supporting or leading projects related to Learning Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Advanced Excel and experience with reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of HR operations and compliance across multiple functional areas.
Preferred:
- Experience managing cross-functional system implementations or integrations.
- Familiarity with systems supporting onboarding, performance management, recognition, or compensation planning.
