Your role at Baxter:
Acting as HRBP, supporting our internal clients in Human resources topics, such as Compensation, Benefits and T&D, Development, Performance, Career, and any other subject related to the employee journey in our plant and warehouse.
What you'll be doing:
Responsible for observing the hiring processes of temporaries, interns, and apprentices, ensuring the quality and deliverables from the partner consultancy.
Preparing and coordinating internal communications in partnership with the Communication Team.
Indicating the training and development needs.
Provide support in the Climate Survey as well as create and implement Improvement Plans.
Coordinate and control HR information/critical metrics for operations.
Attend audits/inspections, providing information and all requested documentation.
Direct employees in their doubts about HR topics by advising them to the correct areas.
What you'll bring:
Demonstrable experience as HRBP supporting senior leadership decision-making
University Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related areas. Post-graduation is a plus
Sound knowledge of Excel
Proficiency in English and Spanish is desirable
Availability to work 4timesaweek on site.
