Overview

Hybrid: 02 days of home office (Monday and Friday)

Responsibilities
  • Partner with the director team, executives and business leaders to define a talent identification and management strategy and approach for the assigned business function.
  • Understand legal requirements at execution level related to management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Strategically work with the assigned function's executive management and HR leadership team to improve working relationships, build engagement, increase output, attract and retain talent.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and provide direction on the function\'s restructures, specific transformation efforts, job design and workforce/organizational planning.
  • Maintain a strong culture and work climate that attracts and motivates staff while driving the HR function\'s mission.
  • Demonstrate strong financial and forecasting acumen and develop an understanding of our brands, company, function, and products.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree completed, preferably in Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or related fields.
  • Advanced or fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
  • Solid experience as an HRBP and/or in Labor Relations is a strong asset.
  • Knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation.
  • Analytical profile with strategic vision and strong consultative approach.
  • Previous experience in corporate or industrial environments is desirable.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making, strong analytical skills, project management, communication abilities, critical thinking, flexibility and adaptability, and organizational skills.
