Job Description

HRBP Manager
Be the HR Leader for Joinville Site (Technology Solution Manufacturing), overseeing approximately 180 employees while building a strong and strategic partnership with the leadership team, emphasizing high accountability and ownership.
Partner with Manufacturing leaders to identify key needs related to people, hiring, talent development, organizational design, employee engagement, succession planning, talent growth, and coaching & development.
You will be responsible for providing HR guidance and strategic planning to your client group, acting as a broker for HR services while establishing trust relationships with the Centers of Excellence (COEs) in Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, CRM, and HR Operations.
Participate as a member of HR communities in Latin America and Global Manufacturing, acting as a point of contact for the Animal Health Worldwide Manufacturing Division to build strong networking and partnerships.
Be responsible for executing the labor strategy with excellence and representing the company during regulatory audits related to HR.
Act as a change catalyst, challenging and transforming the business to ensure the company meets its strategic priorities in attracting and retaining a highly talented and diverse workforce. Foster diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring a strong company culture led by leaders who embody our values and purpose.
Collaborate with regional HR colleagues and local HR Business Partners to develop plans for enhancing employee engagement within the company.
Be a member or leader of HR local, regional, and global projects.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree or coaching certificates are preferred.
  • Strong communication skills – both oral (one to one and presentations) and written, including ability to constructively challenge clients and have courageous conversations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
  • Previous experience working in HR, especially as HRBP;
  • HR experience in supporting clients in manufacturing environments (strongly preferred) and/or commercial areas (desirable)
  • Strong knowledge of change management plans.
  • Strong results orientation and make decisions - Demonstrated ability to deliver end to end projects within deadlines.
  • Partnering Skills - Proven experience with building effective relationships and establishing credibility quickly.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Skilled and agile in working across different cultures.
  • Based on Joinville Site – Santa Catarina
  • Willingness to travel within the country more than 10% of the time
