Your role at Baxter
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our HR Operations team and support the Baxter Brazil division. In this role, you will serve as the focal point for Human Resources Operations, managing local, regional, and global HR processes, payroll, labor law, budget, and people analytics for assigned teams. Your responsibilities will include strengthening employee dedication, pride, and trust, ultimately contributing to making Baxter the best place to work.

What you'll do
• Lead payroll processes through service providers, using monthly performance metrics focused on quality, customer satisfaction, and compliance goals.
• Collaborate directly with payroll providers to address concerns and plan for future improvements.
• Conduct system and service audits to ensure the delivery of contracted payroll processes.
• Manage audits and updates of position, salary, and organizational structure information in the Workday system and interface.
• Ensure effectiveness in meeting internal and external tax and audit processes by analyzing requirements and presenting necessary documentation.
• Assist in the management of internal controls, global and workplace policies, and HR operations.
• Guide employees on INSS legislation and rules related to social security benefits and provide support in bureaucratic procedures.
• Forecast labor costs for people budgeting.
• Support legal topics related to government entities, labor lawsuits, and other employee-related issues.
• Prepare data to support Baxter in negotiations and contracts with unions.
• Prepare and maintain HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

What you’ll bring:
Proven experience in payroll management, supplier management, and internal controls.
Experience in negotiating and contracting with relevant unions.
Familiarity with eSocial and other government obligations, including DCTFweb, Social Security, and Income Tax.
Proficiency in Workday and ADP systems.
Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
Knowledge of legislation related to government entities, labor lawsuits, and employee-related topics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Precise and efficient approach to operations.
Advanced English language skills are highly desirable.
