Your impact

The HR Manager HRBP CS&BE (Customer Support and Business Effectiveness) will operate within the scope of AGCO’s MyHR framework, ensuring the execution of global HR processes and policies while adapting them to local practices. This role serves as the Site Lead for the Jundiaí location, responsible for all local HR matters, including supporting managers, coordinating with corporate HR teams, and driving initiatives related to compliance, engagement, and people development.

Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition team and local leaders on recruitment efforts for local roles.
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs tailored to local practices.
Performance & Talent Management
  • Ensure implementation of global performance management processes.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee development and succession planning.
  • Monitor manager and employee satisfaction scores and response rates.
Employee Engagement & Culture & HR Operations & Compliance
  • Drive local engagement initiatives aligned with global priorities, culture and values.
  • Act as a cultural ambassador, ensuring local practices reflect AGCO’s vision and values.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Partner with Global Payroll and HR Operations teams to support payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS accuracy in collaboration with shared services or external vendors.
Change Management & Communication
  • Support change initiatives by providing local context and ensuring effective communication and implementation.
  • Act as a liaison between Global HRBPs and local teams to ensure strategic alignment.
HR Metrics & Reporting
  • Maintain and report on key HR metrics and analytics for the country/region.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on local data trends.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Solid HR experience as HRBP, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of local employment laws and HR practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across global teams.
